Have you ever had a bad customer service experience? Did you ever felt like shouting and telling everybody not to use a particular product or service just because you had a very bad service experience or the product was not good? Tell me how many people you wanted to reach out and convey them about your bad experience..

Hasan Syed, a twitter user has done that. Syed purchased promoted tweets to complain about British Airways for losing his father’s luggage. He posted series of tweets criticizing the loss of luggage and the delayed response. Within the first six hours, the tweet got whopping 25000 impressions!!  

This is a new trend, a very effective way to reach the masses and of course slamming the brand by conveying right or wrong message.
